Welcome to PlayZanaris, the ultimate toplist for Jagex-owned community servers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Requirements

A Discord account is required to access PlayZanaris. By logging in via Discord OAuth, you agree to Discord's terms of service in addition to these terms. Users must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions of minors using PlayZanaris.

2. User Conduct

By using PlayZanaris, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

  • Do not engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Do not interfere with the functionality of the platform, including spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious software.
  • Do not harass, bully, or engage in hate speech toward other users.
  • Do not post inappropriate, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Do not impersonate others or falsely claim affiliation with PlayZanaris or Jagex.
3. Server Listings and Content

Server listings must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All information must be accurate, relevant, and free of misleading claims.
  • Images and descriptions must comply with the User Conduct rules.
  • Affiliate links are prohibited. Referral links are permitted if they do not result in monetary gain.
  • Each listing must be unique and not duplicate other server listings.
4. Termination and Sanctions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms of Service. Severe breaches, such as promoting illegal activities or repeated misconduct, may result in permanent bans. In the event of account termination, any active premium subscriptions will not be refunded.

5. Data Usage

PlayZanaris collects data such as IP addresses and activity logs to improve the platform and ensure security. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for fraud prevention. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications to Terms

PlayZanaris reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes, which will take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
